The TK Loader Model 100LP

The TK Loader Model 100LP is a one-size- fits all motorcycle loader that can be installed in everything from a Ford Ranger to a Toyota Tacoma with a composite bed to a Chevy Avalanche or a Dodge Dually with an 8' bed. The only difference is the optional quick install mounting kits, which allow the loader to be installed without any drilling or alteration of the truck bed whatsoever, or the TK Loader can be bolted directly to the truck bed or floor if desired. When this model is installed in an 8' bed, the tailgate is removed. When it is installed in a short bed, the tailgate is left open and the loader extends 1 1/2" past the end of the tailgate. The rear mounting bracket for the short bed supports most of the weight of the loader to prevent over- loading the tailgate.

The key feature of this economical unit is ease of installation and removal. This unit is a replace-ment for utility trailers in many instances. It can be installed in less than 10 minutes and removed in 5 minutes. The unit can be stored standing on end or placed on its side,requiring much less space than a trailer. Typically, the only mowers that can be transported in a pickup bed are those with 48" decks.How-ever,the TK Loader platform elevates the mowers so 54" decks will pass above the wheel wells. It is available in 800# capacity, which will handle ATVs, snowmobiles, and most riding lawn mowers. The heavy duty option offers an 1100# capacity which makes it possible to transport UTVs such as Yamaha Rhinos and larger riding lawn mowers. This model is also available with a built-in motorcycle loading attachment.

The TK Loader 300 Series

The TK Loader 300 Series is a commercial / industrial duty loader. The TK Loader is very easy to install or remove, requiring only two 8” crescent wrenches. It doesn’t have to be a permanent installation. After the initial installation, which takes about 45 minutes, the unit can be removed in about 5 minutes and reinstalled in about 10 minutes. This patented system does not require holes to be drilled or any alteration of the truck bed what so ever. The TK Loader 300 Series is a commercial / industrial duty loader. This fully automatic version will handle a large variety of cargo, both stationary and mobile that until now was not possible to handle with a pickup truck without some external means of lifting such as a forklift. There is no other piece of equipment that can be carried with the vehicle at all times that can allow the user to effortlessly load or "pick up" almost any-thing that will fit into the pickup bed. This device requires only 5" of space in the bottom of the bed and it will lift as much as one ton with the push of a button.The 300 Series is the most versatile model in the TK Loader line.
